Delivery
*With our best price promise, Bagworld also offers free standard delivery of your purchase on orders over $49.95. Bagworld has a minimum order amount of $19.95.
Delivery is within Australia, to street addresses, PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Free delivery applies to standard post. Express Post delivery options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at check out. Express delivery means that your order will be delivered faster once dispatched; processing time remains the same.
Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day, with dispatch operating Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday or as soon as possible. Dispatch can be delayed during peak sale times. If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us via phone or email to confirm stock availability and the delivery time frame.
In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.
You will receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We generally require a signature on delivery, and if no one is available to sign for the delivery, it will be taken to the post office for collection. A card will be left notifying you of this. If you have an Australia Post MyPost account, a card will not be left, instead you will receive a digital notification.
However, once your order has been dispatched you can choose to have Australia Post Safe Drop your delivery using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. The postie will leave your parcel in a safe place on your premises, as per your instructions. In electing Safe Drop, you waive the right to claim non-receipt of your order if Australia Post can demonstrate delivery.

Postcodes outside of the Australia Post Express Post network, and customers in country or regional areas may experience longer delivery timeframes.
Delays in postage are out of Bagworld’s control, but we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.
If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Bagworld, the customer will be responsible for additional return and redelivery postage costs.
If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
