Returns Policy
Do you want to return something?
You can return an item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Products must be unused and in their original condition and sent back to Bagworld at the expense of the customer. Please include a copy of your receipt.

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or colour, or you want a different item, just place a new order. That way it will get to you quicker too!
We will refund the price you paid for your item, back to the original account used.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We recommend using registered post so that you can keep track of your parcel.
No return for change of mind is available on special request orders or when stock has been specifically obtained to meet your order.
When You Receive Your Order
We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Bagworld and we will organise to have the item replaced. You need to advise us of any fault in a new product within 30 days of receiving your order, and please do not use the product.
Warranty Based Returns
Every product you purchase from Bagworld comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults. Warranty periods differ for different products, and start from the purchase date on your receipt.
Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage from airlines and other carriers.
If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer or authorised service centre for help with the issue. You can also contact Bagworld for assistance, and your product can be returned to us for assessment of the fault at your cost. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded.
Airline Damage
If your bag is significantly damaged whilst in the care of an airline, they are generally responsible for the repair or replacement of the bag.
We recommend that you check over your bag when retrieving it from a baggage carousel. If there is any damage, you should report it to the airline’s Baggage Services desk before leaving the airport. Be sure to take some photos of the damage and obtain a reference number from Baggage Services. If you only notice the damage after leaving the airport, it can be reported later, however, most airlines have reporting time limits.
